Shipping Timeline
- House of Tinsel provides shipping services throughout India using reputable courier companies.

- The fee for international shipments is determined by the shipping location and the weight of your order. Please be aware that for certain countries, customs charges may apply in accordance with the duty structure of that country. These charges are to be paid upon accepting the order in the respective country.
- Once the order is received, we dispatch products within 1 to 15 business days from the order date.
- Most of our products are shipped within 48–72 hours of order confirmation.
- Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you. Rest assured, we are doing our best to deliver your products as early as possible.
- After placing your order, you will receive an email or text message with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
- The shipping duration will vary depending on your location.
- Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or any other situation beyond our control.
- Once the order is shipped from our end, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the respective courier company's website.
- You may also email us at info@houseoftinsel.in with your order number, and we will update you on the status of your order.
- If you wish to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at +91 8233335489 (Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM), and also send an email to info@houseoftinsel.in We will confirm whether the address can be changed.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
- There will be two attempts made for delivery at the provided address. If no one is available to collect the package, you will be contacted on your registered mobile number to reschedule the second delivery.
- If delivery fails again, the goods may be returned.
- In such cases, please contact our customer service to reschedule delivery at your own cost.
- We do not accept foreign currency payments currently.
- At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We currently ship products only within India. For international shipping, please contact us at +91 8233335489.
- Orders are shipped via courier services.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any government-declared holidays.
Note: A shipping and handling charge of ₹150 is levied on all orders.
Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

Please note: If the product ordered is personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
