Return & Exchange

Please ensure that you raise an exchange request within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.

To initiate a return/exchange:

  • Kindly email us at info@houseoftinsel.in or WhatsApp us on 8233335489 within the stipulated time, providing your order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours. Please ensure the product is appropriately packed along with the receipt and tag.
  • Once the returned products are received, our team will inspect them and process the request for exchange or return.
  • In case of a return or exchange, the shipping cost for the returned item will be your responsibility. We will issue a credit note (excluding the shipping cost) for your future use on our website. In case of an exchange, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping the product to you. The store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us with your order details and proof within 48 hours. We will arrange for a pickup and deliver a replacement to you.
  • Please note that we accept return and exchange requests only once per order.

Exchange/Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or torn.

  • The return request is initiated after 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

  • The product is returned without its original price tag.

  • Items purchased during sales.
